Residents and their families benefit from an experienced and committed staff of 90 employees. One in five have been at Norse Home for ten years or more.

Our twelve bed skilled nursing unit averages 4.8 direct care nursing hours per resident per day, one of the highest in Washington State and consistent with recommendations of informed consumer advocates.

Our Assisted Living Program benefits from the 24 hour on-site presence of license nurses.

Our Food Services feature a quality and varied menu, approved by a registered dietitian and an attentive wait staff.

Norse Home has two full-time Masters of Social Work on staff to oversee admissions and the ongoing well-being of the residents.

All of our employees work for Norse Home under the supervision of in-house Department Managers with direct Accountability to the Administrator and the Board of Trustees.
