What is included in the daily or monthly rate?

The ASSISTED LIVING PROGRAM consists of similar studio apartments located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors where the staff are available 24 hours a day and provide daily assistance through a negotiated service agreement with the resident and their family. Typical services include:

What will happen if my care needs change?
If the change is temporary, extra services can be arranged through the HEALTH MAINTENANCE PROGRAM or a HOME HEALTH AGENCY.
